Technical Product Manager (Prototyping) - 'Vibe Coder'

Join Lorven Technologies Inc. as a Technical Product Manager specializing in prototyping, nicknamed the "Vibe Coder." This role involves orchestrating AI agents to rapidly construct working prototypes that directly address real-world challenges. You will personally build these prototypes, enabling feedback and iteration within hours or days, dramatically accelerating the product development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire prototyping lifecycle independently — from identifying user frictions to delivering functional prototypes while collaborating closely during discovery and feedback phases.
• Translate user pain points into structured logic and functional designs.
• Develop functional prototypes using AI-native platforms, commanding large language models and autonomous workflows to generate core code components.
• Emphasize speed and adaptability to rapidly create testable proof-of-concept models that evolve based on immediate user input.
• Document prototype logic, prompt architectures, and design rationales, providing clear technical guidance for engineering teams to develop production-ready solutions.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation to confirm prototypes fulfill functional requirements and resolve the identified user issues before passing to engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on maker with an AI-first mentality, eager to experiment and favoring quick demos over perfect code structure.
• Solid understanding of coding and logical fundamentals, with experience in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent languages, capable of interpreting AI-generated code effectively.
• Product-centric approach focused on solving user problems and minimizing administrative overhead.
• Proven ability to gather and translate end-user requirements into technical designs and prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills to convert ambiguous requests into precise technical instructions that AI agents can execute, comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience from self-taught, bootcamp graduates, or career transitions.
• Experience in creating functional prototypes or proofs-of-concept that rapidly progress from idea to user feedback in a matter of hours or days.
