Job description

Role Overview

This position offers the chance to operate on both strategic and practical levels in evolving an early-stage marketing automation and CRM program. You will have significant influence over the direction of marketing technology while actively participating in execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CRM team to identify pain points in current customer journeys and develop improved, cohesive experiences.
  • Design and optimize automated workflows spanning marketing, service, cross-selling, and customer engagement channels.
  • Support integration and data flow management across various platforms, including APIs and data ingestion processes.
  • Utilize technologies such as data clean rooms and preference centers to enhance customer data environments.
  • Leverage customer and performance data to constantly refine personalization and automation within customer journeys.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, data, analytics, technology, and other departments to execute strategic plans into practical marketing automation solutions.
  • Take ownership of optimizing the MarTech stack, managing integrations, and driving continuous process improvements.

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience with MarTech, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Technical proficiency in integrating and optimizing marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Strong grasp of data flows, APIs, platform integrations, and data ingestion methodologies.
  • Skilled in designing comprehensive customer journeys that connect multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Experience with data clean rooms, preference centers, and managing complex customer data environments.
  • Capability to transition seamlessly between strategic planning, solution architecture, and hands-on implementation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams alike.
  • Collaborative demeanor with confidence to advocate improvements and influence processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud is a plus.
