Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS company in the iGaming sector that leverages AI-powered products for the gaming industry. The organization is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to become part of their Data Platforms & Infrastructure team. This is a fully remote position within GMT+4 timezones.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clarify, and convert requirements into precise technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Organize and lead backlog refinement sessions with engineering teams, ensuring the backlog remains updated and prioritized.
• Liaise with Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams to manage scope, dependencies, and technical interfaces effectively.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical tasks and convert technical restrictions back into understandable business terms.
• Monitor project delivery, keeping stakeholders informed about progress, compromises, priorities, and schedules.
• Assist in planning and setting priorities for the team’s work.
• Participate in broader Data & AI projects, including areas like governance and data quality enhancement.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience as a Technical or Systems Business Analyst, preferably on complex technical platforms.
• Skilled in requirement gathering, refinement, specification documentation, and writing acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of technical and data fundamentals, including APIs, streaming endpoints, and ETL pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and experienced in managing technical backlogs.
• Strong analytical aptitude with problem-solving abilities and a product-oriented approach.
• Bonus experience includes working with Databricks, Airflow, data engineering or analytics teams, SQL, or Python.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from $2,500 to $3,000 USD, based on experience.
• Discretionary yearly bonus.

Additional Information

This position is remote and does not include relocation to Dubai; candidates will work from their home countries.
