About the Role
FMG (Farmers Mutual Group) invites you to join their team as a Business Analyst based in Palmerston North. This fixed-term position runs until March 2028 and offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and future direction of a leading rural insurance specialist in New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, analyze, and document business requirements thoroughly.
- Design and define new business processes to support organizational growth.
- Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Create and manage product backlogs ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Support the broader Business Analysis discipline within the organization.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years experience as a Business Analyst working in agile project environments.
- Outstanding communication capabilities tailored to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- An innovative approach to resolving complex business challenges.
- Experience delivering software projects using agile methodologies.
- Sector-specific expertise in the Insurance industry and familiarity with Guidewire platforms is preferred.
