Motion Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative Motion Designer/Visual Storyteller to join a leading global FinTech company specializing in trading, investing, cryptocurrency, and Web3 products. Your role will center on translating sophisticated product concepts and features into engaging and visually compelling content that captivates audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform intricate ideas and product features into visually appealing motion graphics and animations that attract viewer attention.
• Utilize strong visual judgment focusing on typography, composition, and art direction to enhance storytelling.
• Exercise creativity by generating innovative design ideas independently without strict directions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise with design and animation tools such as Figma, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• Experience in the crypto, trading, or FinTech sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion design work that impresses.

Additional Information and Terms

• Work Location: Hybrid model based in Dubai, requiring presence in-office three days per week.
• Compensation: Up to 22,000 AED per month.
• Leave Benefits: 40 days of holiday annually.
• Remote Work: Opportunity to work remotely for one month from any global location.
