Role Overview

The role demands expertise in TechEdge (TE) applications to establish and deploy AIX Analytics across sites with service agreements. The candidate will resolve straightforward issues using standardized TE methods, enhance their knowledge about our company and customers, and progressively improve their TE capabilities under moderate to high supervision. This role also involves serving as an AIX Training Instructor responsible for delivering Led Training sessions and developing/updating training materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement optimized data collection strategies with moderate oversight.
• Integrate new tools with AIX servers, guided extensively.
• Configure and deploy TE models under moderate supervision.
• Support TE deployment plans at new sites.
• Provide moderate technical assistance to team members across regions.
• Offer second-level TE support to existing sites within the geographical area.
• Deliver instructor-led training and maintain training documentation.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
• Field operations experience with an understanding of customer operational and service team models is essential.
• At least two years of hardware experience on a single tool type within a fabrication environment.
• Familiarity with high volume 300mm or display manufacturing is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of advanced analytics, fault detection and classification (FDC), and TE applications.
• Proficient use of the latest AIX reporting functions and expertise in at least one business unit.
• Process knowledge for a specific tool type is a plus.
