About the Role
Based at Primark Dundrum in Dublin, this full-time permanent position offers a salary of 8,375 annually and a contract requiring attendance 5 days a week. As a Team Manager, you will be integral to maintaining our dynamic retail environment by managing and developing your team within an empowering framework to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the wider management team to facilitate the daily operations of the store.
- Manage a specific store section or department, overseeing commercial planning, stock management, planogram implementation, visual presentation, and sales objectives.
- Supervise till or fitting room areas as necessary.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to a team of Retail Assistants on a daily basis.
- Encourage and mentor your team to foster an exceptional store atmosphere and customer service while optimizing sales performance.
- Engage in personal development through digital learning resources and career advancement opportunities within the supportive environment at Primark.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in leadership and coaching, capable of motivating and influencing your team to communicate effectively, engage actively, and maintain a customer-first focus.
- Proven ability to drive performance by applying commercial insight and nurturing talent.
- Commitment to cultivating strong working relationships that promote employee well-being and a positive company culture.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage the dynamic nature of retail operations.
