Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Team Leader in Architecture to spearhead architectural design leadership on multifaceted and high-profile projects spanning various sectors. This role involves directing the design trajectory of significant developments, collaborating with diverse discipline teams, and delivering inventive, client-centric outcomes that benefit communities long term.

Key Duties

• Drive the full lifecycle of architectural design projects from initial concept to final construction.
• Define and uphold design vision for large-scale initiatives, ensuring innovation, quality, and technical excellence.
• Engage closely with clients and stakeholders to accurately capture requirements and deliver outstanding results.
• Lead activities such as design reviews, feasibility assessments, and design validation.
• Provide expert guidance on architectural design, building practices, compliance, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary groups including BIM specialists, engineers, and technical experts.
• Support business growth by contributing technically to proposals, tender submissions, and client presentations.
• Mentor team members by sharing knowledge, encouraging design excellence, and fostering ongoing improvement.
• Integrate emerging technologies and best practices to enhance project success.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and managing successful design delivery.
• Strong skills in design, technical problem-solving, and client management.
• Experience working effectively within multidisciplinary project environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Experience supervising teams and managing resources to meet project goals.
