Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a proficient Architect with 5 to 6 years of experience, specifically skilled in the design of villas and high-rise residential projects. This opportunity requires comprehensive expertise in architectural design, from initial concept through to construction documentation and on-site execution. The role involves individual villa projects as well as large-scale residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural concepts and detailed plans for luxury villas and high-rise complexes.
• Develop concept plans, schematic designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Manage design processes from initial concept stage through construction and implementation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, landscape, interior design consultants, and others.
• Ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetically pleasing, practical, and meet client specifications.
• Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.
• Perform site inspections, offering design clarifications and technical support during construction.
• Review shop drawings, material selections, and construction details to ensure conformity with approved designs.
• Assist with preparation and approval of drawings to meet regulatory and building guidelines.
• Contribute to client meetings, presentations, and coordination sessions.
• Support project teams in addressing design and execution challenges.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 5 to 6 years of professional architectural experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in villa and luxury residential design.
• Experience with high-rise residential or mixed-use projects is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural planning, design advancement, documentation, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, and 3D visualization tools preferred.
• Solid understanding of construction materials, finishes, building systems, and architectural detailing.
• Ability to interpret and coordinate structural and MEP requirements effectively.
• Strong capabilities in design visualization, presentations, communication, and problem-solving.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work on luxury villas and upscale residential projects.
• Experience with high-rise residential and large development ventures.
• Competence managing projects from concept to execution stages.
• Proven success in consultant and contractor coordination.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing villa and high-rise residential work.
• Additional advantage for experience in façade design and construction-stage architectural detailing.
