Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures to maintain smooth workflows.
• Lead visual merchandising initiatives to keep the store inviting and well-presented.
• Prioritize health and safety measures to protect customers and staff.
• Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Spot growth opportunities and recommend strategies for team member development.
• Set and maintain high standards for exceptional customer service and handle customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Cultivate strong community relations to enhance the store’s welcoming atmosphere.
