Role Overview
As a Team Leader at TK Maxx, you will play a crucial role in supporting store managers by leading and motivating a team of associates in a dynamic retail setting. Our store environment is uniquely varied, with constantly changing inventory ensuring a fresh experience for customers and a stimulating workplace for you. Work schedules will vary across the week, Monday to Sunday.
