Role Overview
This position is for a Loss Prevention Officer based in the TK Maxx Silverburn store, working full-time hours totaling 37.5 per week across Monday to Sunday. The role centers on safeguarding customers, staff, and store assets by maintaining a secure environment while supporting a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a visible, approachable presence at store entrances focused on loss prevention.
- Work closely with store teams to protect merchandise and minimize shrinkage.
- Act as an ambassador for loss prevention by delivering effective conflict resolution when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
Candidate Profile
Experience in customer service within busy retail or as a security guard is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, resilience, self-motivation, and a commitment to making a positive impact are essential.
