Team Leader

Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will oversee and energize a group of field sales executives to meet and exceed set sales objectives. This role demands active involvement in market visits alongside your team to encourage customer acquisition especially focused on innovative offerings such as Sound Box, QR codes, and digital payment solutions targeted at merchants.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate field sales personnel to maximize output.
• Establish and drive daily and monthly sales goals, ensuring these are accomplished.
• Conduct market and merchant visits with your team to boost customer recruitment efforts.
• Advocate and sell digital products including Sound Box, QR codes, and payment solutions to merchants.
• Detect and leverage new market prospects to broaden merchant reach.
• Oversee team metrics such as attendance, productivity, and daily field activities.
• Deliver training to newcomers regarding product knowledge, sales methodologies, and engaging merchants effectively.
• Guarantee compliance with company protocols related to KYC, documentation, onboarding, and proper device initialization.
• Follow up on merchant Sound Box installations, activations, and usage to ensure customer success.
• Keep abreast of competitor movements, market trends, pricing strategies, and customer demands.
• Compile and share detailed daily and weekly sales reports with leadership.
• Address basic merchant issues promptly and liaise with internal support teams when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, sales procedures, and regulatory compliance by the team.
