Job description
Overview
We are urgently hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) for a position with Netambit Infosource And E Services Private Limited, focused on PhonePe QR and Smart Speaker deployment across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. This role is home-location preferred with an active field presence throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting visits to at least 15 stores daily to deploy PhonePe QR codes.
- Deploying smart speakers as part of market expansion efforts.
- Working 100% in field conditions with full market coverage.
- Maintaining an 8-hour workday schedule over 8 market days weekly.
- Utilizing company-provided leads for outreach and deployment.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or graduate.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with field sales environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- CTC of ₹25,000 per month.
- Additional incentives up to ₹20,000.
- Booster pay ranging from ₹1,500 to ₹6,000.
- Transportation allowance and daily allowances as per current working arrangements.
- Four-day training program plus ongoing mentor support.

Additional Details
- Mandatory gate meeting at 9:15 AM daily.
