Job description
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for the position of Business Facilitator specializing in Consumer Finance. The role is based in Mangaluru at Forum Fiza Mall, Pandeshwar Road, and Balmatta areas. This opportunity is open exclusively to male candidates who hold any graduate degree and ideally possess experience in mobile EMI, consumer durable loans, or vehicle loan sales.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide detailed explanations of EMI and loan options specifically for Apple products.
- Develop leads related to loan applications and ensure smooth processing.
- Support customers in completing and submitting necessary documentation.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets to maximize incentive earnings.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Take-home salary of ₹19,000 per month.
- Earnings include an incentive scheme offering 0.75% of achieved targets.
- Working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM.
- Work schedule comprises six days a week, including Sunday, with a compensatory weekly off on another day.
