Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers at designated dealership and retail locations to promote consumer finance loan products.
• Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted accurately and promptly.
• Adhere strictly to established company procedures and regulatory policies to maintain transaction compliance and data integrity.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate effectively with dealership or store personnel to facilitate smooth operations and customer servicing.
• Offer product assistance including credit and debit card services, and promote additional financial products to customers.
• Coordinate with the collections team to follow up on overdue payments and support recovery efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must possess a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in loan sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000 (not including Provident Fund contributions).
• Medical insurance coverage up to INR 200,000.
• Accidental insurance coverage up to INR 500,000.
