Store Promoter - Consumer Durable Loans

About the Role

We are seeking Store Promoters specializing in Consumer Durable Loans for ICICI Bank at our Coimbatore location. Both fresh graduates and candidates with experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in English and Tamil for effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers interested in consumer durable finance loans.
• Educate customers on various EMI schemes and available financing options.
• Assess customer eligibility for loan approval accurately.
• Manage the loan application process including verification of KYC documents.
• Collaborate closely with customers and store personnel to facilitate swift loan approvals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Actively promote finance products and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate degree is acceptable.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil are essential.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Monthly salary starts at ₹19,000 in-hand.
• Additional attractive incentives are provided based on performance.
• Work schedule consists of 6 days per week.
