We are seeking an Operations Lead for our Delivery Center located in Guwahati, Assam. This position entails managing shift operations and supporting the Delivery Center Manager in overseeing performance and executing operational plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the center manager to ensure seamless functioning of transportation operations within Amazon's delivery ecosystem.
- Oversee the complete delivery process from station to customer address ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure adequate bandwidth in both facility and delivery teams for peak delivery periods.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery process efficiency and sustain progressive delivery performance by strategic planning for associates.
Essential Skills
- Strong action-oriented execution capabilities.

- Ability to navigate and clarify ambiguous situations for the team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing roles, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in English language - speaking, reading, and writing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
