Role Overview

The Task Associate plays a crucial role in operational excellence to support sales efforts and ensure a superior guest experience. This position involves maintaining stocked and organized displays, upholding store cleanliness, and completing assigned operational duties. The Task Associate supports Merchandise and Operations Managers by focusing on store performance, team collaboration, and adherence to procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Help achieve or surpass store retail objectives by ensuring all assigned duties are fulfilled and products are consistently available for purchase.
• Meet task dashboard compliance goals and complete operational processes promptly, including shipping, restocking, merchandise displays, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Promote an inclusive, supportive environment for teammates and guests alike.
• Engage actively in continuous training on brand and category knowledge to enhance professional growth and sales results.
• Comply with company policies, standards, and dressing guidelines.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing setups, inventory counts, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
• Ensure work areas remain replenished, well-signed, and orderly, with testers available.
• Maintain exceptional store cleanliness—including sales floor, restrooms, cashier areas, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering excellent guest service.
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Constant mobility within the store during shifts.
• Frequent physical activities including standing, bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
• Regular lifting, carrying, or moving of items up to 25 pounds.
• Continuous coordination and manual tasks.

Pay rate: $21.30 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and shift. Overtime pay available as mandated by law. Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage. Part-time staff are eligible for some benefits.
