Position Overview

The Task Associate plays a key role in upholding operational excellence that supports sales goals and enhances the overall shopping experience. This position involves stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, and completing assigned tasks efficiently under the guidance of the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager. Attention to detail and adherence to company policies are essential.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve or exceed store sales targets by ensuring all operational tasks are completed and products are readily available.
• Meet compliance standards related to task dashboards, shipments, restocking, merchandise displays, and inventory procedures promptly.
• Contribute to creating an inclusive environment supportive of team members and customers.
• Participate regularly in training programs to enhance brand knowledge and sales skills.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and dress code requirements.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory, and shipping processes using company technology and standards.
• Maintain neat, replenished, and properly signed work areas, ensuring product testers are accessible.
• Keep the store clean and tidy across all areas including sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and employee break areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing excellent guest service.
• Perform other operational assignments as directed.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred minimum of one year relevant work experience or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Proficiency using basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions and Requirements

• Flexible scheduling including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Physical demands include continuous movement throughout the store, frequent standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs., pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and object manipulation.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage range for this role is $17.00 to $25.00, determined by factors such as education, qualifications, experience, shift, and location. Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off and health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Part-time employees receive dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay as required by law.
