Role Overview

The Task Associate plays a critical role in upholding operational excellence that supports sales and enhances the guest experience. Responsibilities focus on stock maintenance, cleanliness, and effective task completion, contributing to sales goals under the guidance of Merchandise and Operations Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks to ensure product availability and support store retail objectives.
• Meet operational compliance requirements such as timely merchandise shipments, inventory counts, and store presentation standards.
• Maintain consistent attendance and reliability.
• Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for coworkers and guests.
• Engage regularly in training programs to improve knowledge on brands and product categories.
• Adhere strictly to company policies including dress code and operational procedures.
• Manage merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and physical inventory activities using company technology.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap areas, backroom, and break spaces.
• Follow loss prevention strategies and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Perform other operations-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with basic technology, including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

• Continuous mobility throughout the work area during shifts.
• Frequent physical activity such as standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move weights up to 25 pounds regularly.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $25.00, determined by factors like qualifications, experience, shift timings, and location. Overtime may be applicable as per law. Full-time employees can access paid time off and a suite of health-related benefits; part-time employees are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
