Job Overview

The Task Associate plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence to support sales goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks to support the Merchandise and Operations Managers. The role demands strong attention to detail and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Help achieve or exceed store retail objectives by ensuring product availability and task execution.
• Comply with operational processes and timelines, such as shipment handling, merchandise replenishment, inventory counts, and visual merchandising setups.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Support an inclusive environment that fosters teamwork and excellent guest service.
• Engage continuously in training for brand knowledge and sales skills enhancement.
• Follow company policies, standards, and dress code rigorously.
• Perform merchandise resets, follow planograms, set up marketing displays, and use company technology effectively for shipment processing.
• Maintain assigned areas neat and well-stocked, including store floor, restrooms, backroom, and break areas.
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts by adhering to best practices and delivering superior guest service.
• Carry out other operational assignments as directed.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is favorable.
• Comfortable using basic technology tools such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Work Conditions and Requirements

• Flexible work schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Active mobility throughout the store is required.
• Physical demands include frequent standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Adherence to a dress code is mandatory.
