Role Overview

The Task Associate is key to ensuring operational excellence that supports sales goals by keeping merchandise stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing designated tasks. This role supports management through focus on performance metrics, teamwork, and adherence to processes and compliance standards. Attention to detail and following procedures are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Help meet or exceed store retail targets by ensuring tasks are completed and products are ready for sale.
• Achieve compliance and timely execution of operational tasks such as inventory replenishment, shipment processing, merchandise setups, and inventory counts.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere for coworkers and customers alike.
• Engage in continuous training on brand knowledge and product categories to support sales growth.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Perform merchandise resets, planogram adjustments, marketing display setups, inventory procedures, and shipment processing using company technology.
• Keep assigned work areas well-stocked, properly signed, faced, and maintain tester availability.
• Maintain high store standards and cleanliness across sales floors, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention guidelines and delivering excellent guest service.
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience or a mix of education and relevant experience preferred.
• Basic technology proficiency, including familiarity with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Physical capability for continuous movement during the shift including standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, and manual coordination.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 depending on education, experience, certifications, shift, location, and organizational needs. Overtime pay is provided as required by law. Full-time employees qualify for paid time off and benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Part-time employees are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
