Role Summary

The Task Associate plays a vital role in operational excellence in support of sales initiatives, ensuring that the store provides an exceptional experience for all guests. Responsibilities include keeping merchandise fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing various operational tasks. The position supports managerial staff by focusing on performance metrics, team collaboration, and adherence to processes and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by ensuring timely completion of tasks and product availability.
• Adhere to compliance and execution goals related to task dashboards, inventory, shipment, and merchandise arrangements.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an inclusive environment supporting colleagues and guests alike.
• Engage in continuous training on brands and product categories to enhance professional growth and sales outcomes.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and dress code compliance.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments utilizing company technology.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining replenished, properly signed, and faced work areas with available testers.
• Uphold store cleanliness standards in all areas including sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break rooms.
• Protect assets through loss prevention best practices and delivering outstanding guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma.
• One year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight, and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Continuous movement within the store during shifts, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 25 lbs.
• Coordination and object manipulation during shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $17 to $25, determined by experience, shift, geographic location, and qualifications. Overtime pay is available as required by law. Full-time employees qualify for paid time off and comprehensive health benefits including dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Part-time employees are also eligible for certain benefits excluding paid time off.
