Role Overview

The Task Associate plays a vital role in supporting operational excellence to enhance store sales performance and guest experiences. Responsibilities include ensuring merchandise displays are stocked and organized, maintaining store cleanliness, supporting managers, and adhering to processes and compliance standards. This role demands attention to detail and adherence to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Help achieve or exceed retail sales targets by ensuring all assigned tasks are completed and merchandise is available for customers.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboards, shipments, replenishment, merchandise setups, and inventory counts.
• Attend work regularly and punctually.
• Foster an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Engage in ongoing training on brands and product categories to improve professional skills and sales abilities.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards including dress code.
• Carry out merchandise resets, planogram setups, marketing displays, inventory processes, and utilize company technology appropriately.
• Maintain assigned areas by replenishing stock, setting signage, facing products, and ensuring testers are accessible.
• Keep the store clean and well-maintained including sales floor, restrooms, backroom, cash wrap, and break areas.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention guidelines and delivering excellent guest service.
• Perform additional operational tasks as directed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or a comparable combination of education and experience is desirable.
• Competent in using basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

Working Conditions

• Continuous movement within the store during shifts.
• Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting.
• Regular lifting or moving of items up to 25 pounds.
• Ongoing coordination and manipulation of objects.
