Role Summary

The Task Associate supports operational excellence by focusing on tasks that drive sales and enhance guest experience. Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, keeping the store clean, and executing assigned duties in support of Merchandise and Operations Managers. Attention to detail and adherence to processes are crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Help achieve or surpass store retail goals by completing tasks on schedule and ensuring product availability.
• Fulfill compliance and execution targets related to daily operations such as merchandise receiving, replenishment, displays, and inventory management.
• Ensure consistent and punctual attendance.
• Promote an inclusive atmosphere by supporting coworkers and guests.
• Engage in ongoing training to grow professionally and improve sales skills.
• Follow company policies, procedures, dress code, and standards meticulously.
• Perform merchandise resets, planograms, marketing setups, physical inventory, and manage shipments using company technology and best practices.
• Maintain operational standards by replenishing, signing, and facing merchandise, ensuring tester availability.
• Keep the entire store tidy, including sales floor, restrooms, cash areas, stockroom, and break zones.
• Protect assets by adhering to loss prevention protocols and delivering excellent guest service.
• Carry out any other operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma.
• Preferred: Minimum one year of relevant experience or a combination of education and work experience.
• Proficiency with basic technology such as point-of-sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements and Working Conditions

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Physical demands include constant movement within the store, frequent standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, lifting, carrying, or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to coordinate and manipulate objects continuously.
