Position Summary

The Task Associate supports the operational backbone of the store, ensuring fixtures are stocked, the environment is clean, and assigned tasks are completed punctually. Collaborating closely with Merchandise and Operations Managers, the role focuses on boosting store performance, supporting peers and guests, and adhering to process standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales goals by ensuring tasks are completed, and products remain available.
• Achieve compliance with task dashboards and operational processes like shipping, restocking, merchandise setups, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.
• Foster an inclusive work environment benefiting teammates and guests alike.
• Participate regularly in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Follow all company policies, dress codes, and operational standards diligently.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory checks, and shipment processing using company technologies and best practices.
• Keeps work areas replenished, properly signed, and product testers stocked.
• Ensure store cleanliness including sales floor, restrooms, cash areas, backroom, and break zones.
• Protect assets by applying loss prevention practices while delivering excellent guest service.
• Complete other operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum one year relevant work experience or an equivalent blend of education and experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic technologies such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Able to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Possesses problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Active movement throughout the store during shifts.
• Frequent physical activities such as standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting.
• Regular lifting and carrying of weights up to 25 lbs.
• Continuous coordination and object manipulation required.
