Role Overview

The Task Associate plays a crucial role in operational excellence to drive sales and provide an outstanding experience for guests. This position focuses on maintaining stocked merchandise fixtures, overall cleanliness, and completing designated tasks supporting Merchandise and Operations Managers. Attention to detail and adherence to procedures are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support achieving store sales goals by executing tasks and ensuring products are available for purchase.
• Meet targets related to operational metrics such as task dashboards, shipment and replenishment processes, merchandising sets, and inventory procedures.
• Regularly attend work with punctuality and reliability.
• Foster an inclusive workplace supporting colleagues and guests alike.
• Engage in ongoing trainings including brand and category education to improve professional development and sales effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and standards including dress code adherence.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory management, and shipment processing using appropriate tools and best practices.
• Maintain assigned areas with accurate replenishment, proper signage, product facing, and availability of testers.
• Keep the store environment, including sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break areas, clean and orderly.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering excellent guest service.
• Carry out additional operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions and Requirements

• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Continuous movement throughout the store; frequent standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
• Regular lifting, carrying, and moving of items up to 25 pounds.
• Ongoing coordination and manual manipulation of objects during shifts.
