Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Regional HR Manager and will lead strategic planning and execution of recruitment efforts throughout the MEA region. This role involves guiding a Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring goals, partnering with senior HR leaders, recruiters, hiring managers, educational institutions, and professional organizations to understand and address talent needs. The position focuses on leveraging recruitment analytics and market data to optimize hiring strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to determine talent needs and build comprehensive recruitment strategies within designated business areas.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive-level positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer extension.
- Ensure compliance with regional employment regulations and staffing policies.
- Support hiring managers with job description preparation, interview planning, and efficient candidate feedback management.
- Lead and develop a recruitment team by delegating tasks, providing resources and guidance, monitoring progress, removing obstacles, and escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions; maintain close communication with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure continuity and alignment.
- Design and implement innovative, efficient, and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices, hiring trends, diversity initiatives, interview techniques, and candidate engagement.
- Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver a consistent and integrated talent acquisition approach.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and to support organizational talent goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on high-volume full lifecycle recruiting and 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Necessary Knowledge and Skills
- Proven experience recruiting a wide array of roles on a national scale.
- Strong collaboration and networking abilities, both internally and externally.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent leadership and management capabilities.
- Skilled in communication, relationship building, analytics, and critical thinking.
- Reporting skills, including familiarity with tools like Power BI and Microsoft platforms.

- Relocation authorized for national and international candidates (single relocation).
- Work location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Work arrangement: Full-time, onsite at office/project location.
