Role Responsibilities
- Handle complete recruitment processes from candidate sourcing to job offer issuance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to analyze workforce needs and devise recruitment plans.
- Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates across multiple specialties.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure an excellent experience throughout recruitment.
- Organize interviews, manage approvals, coordinate offers, and complete pre-employment procedures.
- Keep precise recruitment documentation and regularly update hiring metrics and reports.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to support present and upcoming hiring demands.
- Facilitate seamless transition of selected candidates to Mobilization and People teams.
- Contribute to enhancing recruitment methodologies and sourcing tactics continuously.
Candidate Qualifications
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in engineering, construction, energy, or oil and gas sectors.
- Proficient in sourcing talent, managing stakeholders, and evaluating candidates.
- Familiar with recruitment lifecycle and HR information systems or Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
