Systems Engineer - KSA

Azeus Systems Limited seeks a Systems Engineer to join the expanding support team for Azeus Convene, the acclaimed meeting and collaboration software utilized by leadership teams worldwide. With a client presence in over 100 countries, this role offers an opportunity to engage with a widely-recognized product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure system architectures, enforcing firewall policies and server hardening.
• Deploy applications developed by Azeus across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and KSA Cloud.
• Lead on-premises implementation involving server and application software hardening and firewall setup.
• Diagnose and resolve system integration issues, performing root cause analysis and providing prompt remedies.
• Develop and apply corrective and preventive measures to recurring problems.
• Identify repetitive activities and propose automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide on-call support to address system and server issues promptly.

• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-organized, capable of maintaining performance under pressure and deadlines.
• Adaptable to varying shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and working across different time zones.
• Strong communication and leadership qualities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in systems engineering, support, or DevOps roles.
• Technical familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, and KSA Cloud, firewall configurations, and Linux operating systems.
