Support and Deployment Engineer - Saudi Arabia

About the Role

Azeus Systems Limited seeks a Support and Deployment Engineer to join our expanding support team for our flagship product, Azeus Convene, a celebrated meeting and collaboration platform trusted worldwide in over 100 countries. This role involves deploying and configuring secure system architectures and working closely with system administrators and project members to implement efficient hardware and software solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement server deployments including system hardening and firewall policy management.
• Assist with cloud application deployments on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and KSA cloud environments.
• Conduct on-premises deployment of Azeus-developed applications, focusing on server and application hardening, and firewall setups.
• Diagnose and analyze system integration challenges effectively.
• Troubleshoot server issues by determining root causes and providing prompt solutions.
• Design and apply corrective measures to prevent issue recurrence.
• Develop and implement preventive strategies to avoid future problems.
• Identify repetitive operational tasks and propose automation tools.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to handle support cases accordingly.
