Supporting Team Member (SO/SSO/SS)

Overview

This role involves supporting and assisting the Security Team comprising Security Officers (SO), Senior Security Officers (SSO), and Security Supervisors (SS) to ensure safety and security within retail environments in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in daily operations to the Security Team including SOs, SSOs, and SSs.
• Manage manpower allocation to guarantee sufficient security presence during all shifts.
• Mentor and guide junior security officers in following procedures and reacting effectively to incidents.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold a safe and secure retail setting.
• Assist management in implementing company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
• Deliver operational support during emergencies, incident responses, crowd management, and special occasions.
• Facilitate clear communication and teamwork amongst security staff and store management.
• Oversee staff performance and escalate operational challenges to supervisors or management.
• Conduct briefing sessions to communicate critical operational updates to the team.
• Support the training and professional growth of new security personnel.
