Job Overview

The role involves serving as a professionally trained female security guard, tasked with safeguarding various premises such as construction sites, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and manufacturing units. Responsibilities include patrolling on foot or via vehicle, managing access points to control entry and exit, protecting people and property, monitoring surveillance systems, responding to emergencies, and aiding in the prevention and detection of criminal activities.

Key Duties

• Ensure the security and protection of premises, properties, and confidential information.
• Submit daily reports to the Supervisor following the prescribed procedures.
• Comply with all organizational policies and procedures consistently.
• Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines at all times.
• Operate and supervise security systems effectively.
• Manage access controls for individuals, materials, and vehicles entering or leaving the site.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify and mitigate any hazards threatening property or personnel safety.
• Verify the security of outdoor parking areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure vehicle safety.
• Prepare required incident and activity reports accurately and promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum height of 5 feet for women and 5 feet 7 inches for men.
• Age range between 18 to 35 years for fresh candidates; up to 40 years for experienced guards.
• Must be physically and medically fit, presenting a mature appearance.
