About the Role
This position involves maintaining a safe, clean environment for both residents and staff by performing cleaning and laundry duties aligned with required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and special cleaning assignments following cleaning schedules, including mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, dusting, removing cobwebs, washing windows, managing waste, restocking supplies, and collecting soiled linen and clothing.
- Document the completion of scheduled cleaning activities accurately.
- Support a safe and hygienic environment for residents and workspaces for staff.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in various cleaning activities such as floor mopping, vacuuming, carpet washing, dusting, and high-level window cleaning.
- Familiarity with safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals is preferred.
- Ability to complete cleaning duties observing infection control protocols and occupational health and safety standards.
