Job description
Role Overview
As a Support Worker based in Warabrook, NSW, you will be assisting a diverse range of clients, including elderly and high-need individuals. Your duties include supporting daily living activities and providing services such as domestic assistance, social support, respite care, transportation, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care both at clients' homes and within the community.

This position is permanent and located in Warabrook, New South Wales. There are opportunities for permanent part-time and casual roles within the team.

Candidate Profile
- Preferably holds Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or Individual Support
- Possesses a current, valid driver's license; has a comprehensively insured and reliable vehicle; and owns a smartphone
- Demonstrates a genuine commitment to meaningful community work
- Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills with customer service focus
- Capable of working independently and managing time effectively
- Proficient in using technology such as smartphones, email, and the internet
- Keen to join a mission-driven team dedicated to caring for others
