Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various general maintenance duties including gardening when needed.

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities under the direction of the Home Manager.
• Manage ordering and storage of maintenance supplies.
• Ensure timely resolution of hazards, incidents, and any maintenance-related issues.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in maintenance or gardening roles.
• Dedication to continuous improvement in quality practices.
• Familiarity with Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) standards and infection control protocols.
• Strong commitment to delivering customer-focused services.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Experience with aged care environments, including retirement villages or independent living facilities, is preferred.
• Trade qualifications or equivalent practical experience in maintenance or related fields.
