Role Summary

As an Enliven Support Worker, you will provide in-home assistance to elderly, disabled individuals, and those recovering from health issues. Your duties will include personal care like showering and dressing, medication management, meal preparation, household help, and support with community engagement activities. Your care delivery will align strictly with the client’s individual care plan. The working hours are flexible and include availability across weekdays and weekends.

Candidate Profile

  • Must be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or hold an eligible work visa.
  • Possess a full New Zealand driver’s license and have a dependable vehicle for travel between clients (International licenses are not accepted).
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English to effectively understand care instructions and communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service aptitude and enjoy engaging with diverse people.
  • Adhere to high standards of professionalism, policies, and care practices.
  • Show compassion towards elderly, disabled, and recovering clients.
  • Comfortable visiting various clients in their homes to provide personalized care and support.
