Role Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee assembly line workers in our manufacturing facility. The role demands practical skills, intelligence, diligence, quick adaptability, and a foundational understanding of engineering principles. While formal academic degrees are not mandatory, possessing relevant skills is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the productivity of assembly workers on the manufacturing floor.
- Provide hands-on training and practical guidance to workers to enhance their performance.
- Evaluate and monitor the work pace and efficiency of individual workers to ensure operational standards are met.
