Role Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee assembly workers in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should possess intelligence, dedication, and a quick grasping ability, along with a sound understanding of general engineering principles.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage assembly workers to ensure efficient operation of production activities.
- Provide practical training and guidance to workers to enhance their skills.
- Evaluate the working speed and performance of each assembly worker.
Requirements
- Skills and practical knowledge in electrical assembly work are essential; formal degrees are not mandatory.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply engineering concepts practically.
- Strong leadership and analytical abilities to monitor worker efficiency and productivity.
