Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team at Millborn Switchgears Private Limited located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves physical verification of incoming and outgoing goods, managing customer interactions, dispatch processes, communication with dealers, quotation submissions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring inventory integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Physically verify and monitor incoming and outgoing stock.
- Attend to walk-in customers professionally.
- Oversee goods dispatch operations efficiently.
- Engage with dealers via calls for business coordination.
- Prepare and send quotations as required.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and records of all transactions.
- Ensure stock inventory is accurately maintained regarding quantity and quality.
- Report and update inventory data using Google Sheets consistently.
Compensation and Location
The position offers a monthly salary in the range of Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 16,000. The job location is onsite in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
