Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor for our Clonmel store who shares our passion for animals and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance customer interactions by offering personalized advice and maintaining a welcoming, neat store environment.
• Manage merchandising and inventory to create an appealing shopping experience, ensuring shelves are fully stocked while minimizing discrepancies and upholding high inventory standards.
• Work in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and motivate the sales team as a keyholder, sharing product knowledge and cultivating a culture of support and open communication.
• Focus on brand integrity by meeting sales targets with a strong emphasis on pet care needs.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Supervisor or keyholder is required.
• A true passion for animals, with genuine enthusiasm for their well-being.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding and personalized customer experiences tailored to pets and their owners.
