Position Summary

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team at the Turners Cross store in Cork. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a passionate pet-loving community and to influence customers' experiences positively.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance customer engagement by providing personalized advice and maintaining a welcoming, clean store environment.
• Handle merchandising and maintain inventory to ensure shelves are well-stocked with quality products, reducing discrepancies.
• Work closely with the Store Manager, motivating and guiding the sales team as a reliable keyholder through sharing product knowledge and fostering open communication.
• Maintain brand integrity by meeting targets and prioritizing the needs of pets in all decisions.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Supervisor or keyholder, preferably within retail.
• Passionate about animals, genuinely excited by interacting with pets and pet owners.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
• Strong team-oriented mindset, promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
