Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Subway Manager with overseeing daily restaurant activities including food preparation, cooking, and service operations.
• Support in driving sales performance and helping meet sales objectives.
• Encourage and motivate team members by setting clear, attainable goals using strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ensure the store complies with Subway’s standards, policies, and operating procedures at all times.
