About the Role

Qureos is seeking a diligent and experienced Studio Manager to lead the daily operations, workflow coordination, resource management, and project delivery within our creative Department. This role demands strong skills in project and resource management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving, with the capability to simultaneously handle multiple projects involving diverse teams, stakeholders, freelancers, and external vendors.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, decisive, team-focused, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving creative setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workflow and operational functions of the creative studio.
  • Assess and refine project briefs, ensuring clarity and readiness for production.
  • Manage creative projects from conception and briefing stages through to final completion.
  • Set and supervise project timelines, deadlines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Allocate tasks and resources among internal teams, freelancers, and external contributors based on project needs.
  • Track team workload, attendance, and progress across projects.
  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows and execute measures for efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Account Management, Marketing, Production, Finance, and other departments.
  • Ensure effective communication about project briefs, deadlines, updates, feedback, and expectations.
  • Liaise with clients and account teams regarding project specifics, schedules, progress, and feedback.
  • Administer freelance, vendor, and third-party production partners as required.
  • Monitor and optimize project costs for budget efficiency.
  • Maintain well-organized digital assets, project documentation, and files.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of projects while upholding quality standards.
  • Provide detailed reports and updates on project and studio performance, resource needs, and risk factors to management.
  • Develop and refine studio processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Support team growth, mentoring, and performance management to foster a positive workplace.
  • Assist in creative production tasks when operationally feasible.
  • Address project-related challenges and conflicts professionally, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film & Television, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience in studio or creative project management, agency operations, or related roles.
  • Deep understanding of creative production workflows and project lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with print and digital production specifications and processes.
  • Experience working with creative/design software and managing digital assets.
  • Strong skills in project management, organization, and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management competencies.
  • Track record of handling multiple simultaneous projects and shifting priorities.
  • Experience managing teams, freelancers, vendors, and collaborating with external partners.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decisive decision-making aptitude.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and cost controls in project management.
  • Adeptness at cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Attention to detail with methodical work approaches.
  • Demonstrates high initiative, responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Experience in team training and development is a plus.

Working Environment

This role is embedded in a high-energy creative workspace managing numerous projects in parallel. It demands flexibility, including potential extended hours, evenings, or weekends as needed to meet key deadlines, campaign launches, or pitch submissions.
