Role Overview
We are seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join the Finance department within Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP in Dublin. This position promises extensive exposure to premier transactions for well-regarded clients within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on diverse capital markets and structured finance products including CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, securitisation structures, fund-linked structured fund products, repackagings, lending platforms, and debt issuance programmes.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Completed traineeship and gained experience within a top-tier law firm in Ireland, the U.K., or internationally.
- Strong academic credentials, exceptional written communication, and drafting abilities.
- Solid technical knowledge combined with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams, thriving in a collaborative workplace.
