Position Overview
We seek a Compliance Analyst to join our Dubai office, reporting to the Compliance Officer. This role primarily supports the Compliance Team by providing expert guidance on routine Know Your Customer (KYC) activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies, and facilitating efficient KYC processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert, assisting and advising on routine KYC processes.
- Identify, evaluate, and escalate complex KYC issues when necessary.
- Review KYC documentation and manage follow-ups on KYC requirements.
- Ensure KYC data collection is conducted efficiently and complies with standards.
- Adhere strictly to KYC policies and implement proper approval protocols.
- Monitor and maintain overall KYC compliance within acceptable thresholds.
- Assess and enhance the quality of KYC materials per risk-based review procedures, addressing any gaps.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Compliance on inquiries and observed trends.
- Handle additional compliance-related tasks as delegated.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in KYC processes.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate flexibility, eagerness to learn, teamwork, self-motivation, and responsible conduct.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
