Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced REVIT skills to produce structural documentation across several projects.
• Collaborate closely with the Drafting Manager, project team, leadership, and stakeholders to align with project goals.
• Execute drafting tasks following project timelines and adhere to XK's drafting standards.
• Coordinate and align designs with project engineers and leaders.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
• Contribute to enhancing XK's reputation through consistent delivery of quality project documentation.
• Strive to exceed client expectations with high-quality deliverables.

Candidate Profile

• A collaborative team member with enthusiasm for structural drafting.
• Holder of a Diploma or Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting.
• Possesses 3 to 5 years of experience in the structural engineering building field, demonstrating proficiency in Revit for producing structural drawings.
• Exhibits strong attention to detail and a drive to expand technical expertise.
• Enjoys building positive, enduring professional relationships.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and within teams.
• Eager to learn new skills and capable of quickly assimilating new information.
• Strong abilities in time management and problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of structural design and drafting principles, particularly with Revit detailing.
• Proficient in delivering structural documentation across multiple projects using Revit.
• Experienced in handling Revit workflows for high-rise building projects with detailed structural documentation.
• Adaptability to XK's Revit standards and skilled in leveraging Revit plug-ins to improve efficiency and quality.
