Candidate Profile
- At least a decade of experience in engineering design within respected consultancies.
- Professional affiliations including Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and National Engineering Register (NER) membership through Engineers Australia.
- Ambitious, energetic, and deeply passionate about structural engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant Australian Standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with effective interpersonal skills.
- Keen to work with external design teams and develop skills useful for managing an internal team.
- Dedicated to mentoring and supporting the growth of junior engineers.
- Enjoys building and maintaining positive and enduring professional relationships.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in team settings.
- Committed to continual improvement and raising both personal and team performance standards.
