Role Overview

As a Strategy Specialist working directly with the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff within the CEO office, you will play a pivotal role in defining and communicating the bank's strategic direction. Collaboration across departments is integral to this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the bank-wide strategic agenda, ensuring alignment between long-term strategies and operational objectives (OKRs) across the organization.
• Provide support for priority projects and initiatives as directed by senior leadership, focusing on both strategic and tactical outcomes.
• Prepare high-quality materials for Board meetings and other significant forums.
• Assist with investor relations activities and coordinate with communications for major media events.
• Champion the bank’s culture by identifying opportunities and leading initiatives to positively impact the workplace environment.

Technical Competencies

• Expertise in financial modeling.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Core strength in analytical and conceptual problem-solving.
• Ability to structure complex issues effectively.

Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years' relevant experience in digital or retail banking strategy, planning, or business analysis, or in management consulting with a focus on banking.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans.
• Preferred background includes employment in a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in working with data and numbers.
• Excellent communication skills for creating impactful presentations and written documents.
• Highly self-organized with the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Genuine passion for digital banking innovation.
